For me, the first one is how to design using Alexa Presentation Language. APL is a way to make voice apps come to life visually on all Alexa-enabled devices with screens. You can include videos, touch screen graphics and more.
Secondly, replacing the robot voice is huge for branding. You want your company to be well represented on voice devices, and Alexa and Google Assistant give you the ability to build voice apps using human voice instead of robot voice if you so choose.
Lastly, thinking about your opening invocations (launch phrases). This video explains the options currently available, along with custom intents and how to build them.
