Nashville Voice Conference: Welcome and Keynote by Paul Hickey and Marcus Whitney
"I spoke to Marcus about the Nashville Voice Conference, and in about 15 minutes, he and I agreed he'd be the perfect person to provide a brief high-energy keynote to kickoff the first ever Nashville Voice Conference," said Paul Hickey, CEO of Data Driven Design and host of the Nashville Voice Conference, which took place on July 31, 2019 at Thistle Farms in Nashville from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
"I just can't figure out if he and I are more excited to get together and support a great organization like Corner To Corner, or to actually spend a few hours geeking out on Alexa Skills and Alexa For Business," added Hickey.
Whitney joined several featured facilitators, including Dan Cox of Metcon.com, Danielle McGee of Black Business Boom, Bradley Metrock of Score Publishing, Matt Cybulsky of IONIA, Stuart Crane of VoiceMetrics.io, and Paul Cornwell of VoiceMetrics.io.
Whitney's Keynote will focus on the importance of Voice (specifically Alexa Skills) in Business settings, which is the premise of the Conference.
"Even through the proof is already in the data, people need strong opinions from believable and credible sources to convince them to do something new in Business," added Hickey. "I'm personally excited to have Marcus as our person to do just that. He knows how to execute."
The Nashville Voice Conference is a Workshop Focused Conference for Small Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Developers, College Students, Healthcare Professionals, Technology Professionals, Digital Agency Employees, Training Professionals, Product Owners and Marketers, in which all attendees will walk away with important skills and knowledge to help them implement Alexa Skills, Alexa Flash Briefings and Podcasts to help them grow their businesses and careers.
