At The Voice Event 2020, Bradley Metrock, CEO of Score Publishing and host of This Week In Voice, spoke about the importance of Voice Technology and the conversational AI that goes underneath it.
Specifically, there are two really cool features not that many people are aware of related to Alexa.
One is called "Alexa, what am I holding?" ... this can be very useful for visually impaired people or senior citizens.
The other is Alexa Guard, explained in this video, but essentially described as Alexa's ability to "hear broken glass" or "someone breaking into your house" and calling the proper authorities for you.
